As I previously pondered in my post entitled, “The Bizarre Properties of Pixie Dust (A Beginning),” it seems that the rules of Pixie Dust use and its ability to grant flight may not be straight forward. Pixie Dust is a remarkable substance from what I have learned. Sprinkle a little bit on something and that something wants to fly. The fairies of Pixie Hollow (such as Tinker Bell) use fairy dust to compensate for their otherwise useless wings and zip all over the place. But there seems to be rules to how Pixie Dust works. Although they are not fully discussed in the Disney movies and programs featuring the fairies of Pixie Hollow, we can glean some information about these rules simply by observation.
